Product Return/Exchange Policy

Our commitment to our customers is to deliver quality products in a timely manner and in excellent condition.  To help us fulfill our commitment and reconcile any errors quickly, customers are asked to follow the guidelines below when checking your orders: 



Currently because of Covid 19 we apologize but we are not excepting any returns. It is our priority to keep our staff, you, and our customers safe and healthy.



  1. We Do Not offer CASH REFUNDS but will provide a credit on file if returned within the 15 days of the Original Purchase date.

  2. Used product returns must be ¾ % full to be accepted.

  3. Any & All Product(s) that are Returned Must Include a Copy of your Original Invoice.  

  4. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  5. Return Shipping Costs are the Customer responsibility unless other authorized arrangements have been made by CKSS

  6. Returns could take up to 15 business days to Process.

  7. All Returns are subject to system verification and/or approval only by CKSS management.


Returning Authorized Items:

  1. We cannot accept returns on: Promotions, Salon Intros, Discontinued products, Invoices past 15 days of date of purchase.

  2. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on items that were marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase, regardless of the status of the product.

  3. We cannot accept discontinued products or products in outdated packaging. Products that have been discontinued or are in outdated packaging may be returned to you at your expense,

  4. Products returned, other than defective products, must get approval from CKSS management with invoice, must be clean and in original packaging without damages, dents, glue, scratches, stickers, etc.

  5. Items not received in resalable condition will not be eligible for credit and may be returned to you at your expense, if desired. If returning leaking product, please place in a sealed bag apart from other returned items.

  6. All defective items must be returned within 15 days of purchase to receive credit.  Defective items are items that do not function (full hairspray bottle will not spray, etc. except Appliances which are warranted by the manufacturer for one year from date of purchase.

Return Guidelines:  Based on days from original purchase date (see below):

No returns are accepted on purchases older than 15 days.

No cash refunds will be issued without approval from CKSS Management.  If your purchase was with a Credit Card, we will apply to a credit card as described below:

  1. If you have a credit card on file, the card on file is refunded 10 to 15 business days

  2. If there is no credit card on file, we will call you to obtain this information


Hair Extensions

Due to quality and sanitation standards all forms or Hair Extensions are Non-Returnable or Refunded.  All hair sales are a Final Sale.


Skin Care & Cosmetics

Due to quality and sanitation standards we cannot accept any cosmetic product returns.  Skin Care & Cosmetics sales are a Final Sale.



Due to our quality standards regarding sanitation we cannot accept any cosmetic, lash serums, tanning products, or hair accessories for returns.

Shipping Policy


Our Standard Shipping combines the capabilities of FedEx and at times other regional carriers to deliver packages to you more efficiently.



Shipping rate are a flat fee of $10.00 when shipped to salon/spas.  Shipping rates to in-home salons is a $13.00 rate.



All orders received by 2:00pm Monday-Friday can generally expect to receive your shipment within 1 day in Las Vegas.  Northern Nevada, Utah and California expect shipment in 2-3 business days once your order has been submitted. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. 

Please be aware that orders could arrive in multiple packages.


NOTE: FedEx and UPS ground service are experiencing delays in various parts of the U.S. Due to a significant surge in volume and other impacts of COVID-19. We are committed to providing service to the best of our ability and offer our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused by these delays. Order tracking is available for most orders; however, this may vary depending on your location. Please note that tracking information availability may vary depending on the carrier that services your area.



If CKSS made a shipping error or you received damage products contact our Customer Support Team within 3 business days from when you received your order.  Customer Support: 702-940-9628   




When receiving products, customer is responsible to inspect package within 3 days of receiving.

If the item is defective or product is damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours. We will verify the information and replace the units that are damaged. Please do not dispose of any packaging or the product.

CK Salon Solutions, can replace the damage or defective item once the item has been returned within 30 days of receipt.
